Nancy Phan has been an entrepreneur for 15 years with her first real estate investment in 1998. In 2019, she deployed over $10 mil in the Houston Market to acquire into long-term and short-term investments including: single-family homes, new construction homes, multi-family properties, commercial real estate, and land ventures. She has real estate investments in Florida, Louisiana, and Texas.
As a serial entrepreneur, Nancy Phan has created and exited several successful business ventures. She also advises international high net worth family offices on alternative real estate investing. Nancy Phan received her B.B.A. from University of North Florida with a double major in Accounting and Finance.
Joseph Tran’s family has been in the construction business for 40 years. He has managed numerous construction projects regarding new construction, commercial tenant build out, and single-family renovations. Prior to joining Eagle Equities International, he served as Senior Electrical Inspector for the City of New Orleans from 2014 to 2019.
Joseph Tran received a Master’s degree in Education from the University of North Florida. He was a former President of Southeast Louisiana Chapter of International Association of Electrical Inspectors. He is a current ICC Certified Residential & Commercial Electrical Inspector by International Code Council.
